One of the first things I did after graduating from bartending school was to subscribe to all major spirits and/wine magazines. Why?

I have to be submerged into this craft in order to master this craft. So as I read my first issue of Chilled Magazine on my iPad I read about contest hosted by Perfect Purée and Chilled Magazine offering FREE samples to bartenders, food service personnel, etc. Yes, this was me now thanks to ABC Bartending! I waited patiently over the two days that it took to receive my 8 Free samples. My selections: White Peach Purée, Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, Mojito Concentrate, Sweet Hibiscus, Lychee,  Prickly Pear Purée,  Green Apple Purée and Passion Fruit Concentrate it took me a few days to figure out which Purée’s I wanted mix and master first. I also used my husband as my taste tester and 1/2 way through the 2nd cocktail Caz’ Cocktail challenge (competing with myself) he was perfectly passed out from my concoctions. We believe that you never leave a man down on Sunday the same held true for cocktails. Leave no drink behind.  Below are the cocktails that I created with vivid and lively flavors from the Perfect Purée.

Sweet Hibiscus from Perfect Purée, Grand Mariner Signature Collection N2, DeKuypers Peach Schnapps, Rooibos Tea

Jo’Burg Sweet Tea Recipe
1 Tablespoon Perfect Purée in Sweet Hibiscus
1/2 oz Grand Mariner Signature Collection Raspberry Peach
1/2 oz DeKuypers Peach Schnapps
1 Cinnamon Stick
Fill with Rooibos Tea (brewed)

Shake, pour over ice and enjoy responsibly!

Bosa Bomb Recipe
1/2 lime
1/2 Peach
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Perfect Purée Mojito Concentrate
1 1/2 oz Cachaca

Mojito Concentrate and White Peach from Perfect Purée, Cachaca

In a shaker add sugar, lime, peach and muddle. Add ice, Mojito Concentrate from Perfect Purée and cachaca. Shake and enjoy responsibly.
